Bob's Rissoles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg beef mince
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • 1 Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 onion finely chopped small
  • 1 clove garlic crushed optional
  • 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup plain flour to coat
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, except the flour.
  2. Form into 8 balls, coat with flour.
  3. Flatten slightly and fry in an oiled frying pan over medium heat, turning a few times until cooked through.
